Alaï is a musician and artist whose work emerges from curiosity and care. Her debut single Curiosa (2024) surpassed two million streams organically, marking the beginning of a body of recorded work that continues with her debut album, currently in production.

Born in Panamá to Venezuelan parents, she is based in California. Beyond music, she paints in oil and watercolor and works with her hands — processing hides and building with earth-based materials.

Her commitment to community and art as activism led her to found SuperPlay Gathering and author That's Just Reality (2020). Her latest performance work, Alaï y las Marionetas, which she wrote and directed, blends live music, puppet theater, and ceremony into immersive shows that drew critical acclaim at the Hollywood Fringe Festival.
